On a separate note i do recall my employees complain once because my car exterior was so full of dirt you could not tell the color :p

In Reply to @NateTheFinch @NateTheFinch @ashleymcnamara I do not think that is it, we have several adds for alcohol here (mostly beer and wine) and binge drinking is different (also a problem though, many young drink in excess) perhaps what you need is social condemn, worked with smoking indoors in my city.
