I just opened “start” menu on windows, typed “Notepad” and:

1. it lagged to find
2. the enter key did nothing
3. the open link was unresponsive for a while

The machine only other open app is chrome with a dozen tabs… This is a core i7 with16G of ram…

Seems like printers and sit/stand desks are in back order in France, as if the whole country had switched to home office at the same time :p
