In Reply to @mholt6 @mholt6 yeah, in my country it used to happen a lot with teachers when I was a kid, chalkboards where the norm and they would gradually loose the fingerprints, also any kind of powder that does micro abrasion, that is why finger scanners suck for clocking workers.
