In Reply to @perrito666 @joshroppo For parts you want more of a projection of 2d shapes in space approach to define the faces (and cuts). Especially parametric ones where you can change sizes in variables and you object hets rebuilt to new specs
In Reply to @joshroppo @joshroppo Printable parts are easier built in a 3d cad. You can try openscad, freecad (there are better new ones in the open source space that i forget now) or fusion360, onshape and others for closer source with freeish licenses. (Continues)
