My wife made a very cool gluten free soyrdough so I could have gluten free sourdough bread, which i have been learninh how to do with a course she gifted me when i first learned about my celiac’s disease. I think i finally got it right, it does not grow like a gluten one but tastes really good.

Two gluten free sourdough loaves, left one is rounder, made with more water.
